BELOIT, WI– Emergency Planning Solutions LLC (EPS), a leading provider of emergency management planning, training and exercise development to the education and business markets, announced on 01/02/18 a merger with Emergent Solutions & Consulting, LLC (ESC). ESC is a Southern Illinois-based provider of emergency planning, training and exercise, crisis management and mass notification system consulting for education, business and healthcare agencies, as well as state and local government.
The transaction brings together two highly complementary businesses serving multiple US markets, especially higher education. With their strong emergency management and incident command system experienced staff, both companies excel in addressing the needs and requirements of emergency management programs. Together, the newly combined company is positioned to provide end-to end support for a full range of services for education, business, government and healthcare programs and operations.
